We’ve been through everything, and every time you’ve stuck by my side. I love you more than these letters put together can express. You are literally my everything. Your my motivation and for that I thank you for pushing me this far. I will be graduating and leaving you in a couple of months but I will call, almost everyday. I will miss you more than anything. P.S.- Thank you for coming home, 17 days was too long of a hunting trip.
I just wanted you to know that without you I couldn’t have done this. Graduating with honors, top ten of my class? Because of you. Because I know that a lot of people only failed you in life but I–I refuse. If I actually become a surgeon just know you will be taken care of like you’ve taken care of me all my life. I love you daddy and one day you will actually see this. I would tell you now but then I would start crying and you would think I am crazy or something is wrong.
So thank you for EVERYTHING. Thank you for always loving and believing in me and protecting me from the things that threatened to hurt me most.
When I die I will remember to thank god every chance I get for giving me you to call my daddy because you may not know it but, your the best thing that has ever happened to me.
